Meet Brian Savoie, M.D.
Brian Savoie, M.D. is a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at the Warren Alpert Medical School, Brown University in Providence R.I. where he also has a private practice specializing in disorders of the retina and vitreous. Dr. Savoie graduated from Tulane University before receiving his medical degree from New York Medical College.

He completed an internship in medicine at Roger Williams Medical Center prior to completing a residency in Ophthalmology at North Shore-Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he served as chief resident. He went on to complete his fellowship training in vitreoretinal disease at Louisiana State University. In addition to patient care, he has an interest in research and has publications in multiple peer reviewed journals. Dr. Savoie is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology as well as the American Society of Retina Specialists.
Outside of the office, Dr. Savoie enjoys spending time with his family, running, enjoying the outdoors and music.
